Squirrel Cookies

A peanut butter and oat squirrel cookie from Paws Gourmet Bakery, with a carob-dipped tail. About 3.5 x 2.5 inches. Keeps 9 months at room temperature; no need to refrigerate.

Ingredients: rice flour, rye flour, peanut butter, applesauce, ground oats, oat flour, blackstrap molasses, canola oil, peanuts. Decoration: sugar, palm kernel and palm oil, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, salt, carob powder, turmeric, fruit and vegetable juice for color.
