Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love everything from The Clever Critter. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Returns (30 days). Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

What we can't take back. For the health and safety of all pets, we can't accept returns of opened or used food, treats, bakery items, or other consumables — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. Contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or full refund, shipping included.

Return shipping. Except for our errors above, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Refunds. Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
