The classic 'Ohhh nooo!' guy from vintage Saturday Night Live, shrunk down to a 4-inch catnip-filled plush for cats. With his yellow hair, red shirt, and blue pants, Mr. Bill is great for batting, tossing, and pouncing - and makes a pretty good nap buddy afterward. A fun bit of nostalgia for the humans, too.
